PROTENG FM200

Revolutionary automatic gas fire extinguishing system is used to protect enclosed spaces of motor cars, buses, racing specialties, is used in power stations, substations, gas industry, banks, homes, companies and wherever there is a possibility of fire. The entire principle of operation is based on a single polyamide hose of diameter 18 mm and 210 cm long, in which the active extinguishing substance FM 200 is pressurized with the exact name of heptafluoropropane. At normal temperature, up to 500 g of extinguisher is stored in this relatively small space thanks to a 5 bar pressure. When heated by the flame, the pressure at 100 ° C increases to 15 bar. The triggering of the system itself is activated by a temperature above 120 ° C, when the softened polyamide surface bursts exactly at the places of the highest heat pressure and releases the extinguishing gas into the space. He reliably and efficiently extinguish the fire in the very beginning.

Simple mounting on motor vehicles

The unique advantage of this system is extremely simple and flexible mounting, in which we can mask the hose behind the frame or under the hood by properly selected bends. In the case of quads and cars, the installation is even simpler because it takes 10 minutes and the system is ready to hit in its place when it is most needed. The car is recommended to be mounted directly on the underside of the bonnet. In the case of motorcycles without a bonnet it will be a bit more difficult, but still one can find a way to hide this useful system by guiding under the tank and behind the frame.

Simple installation in el. equipment

The effectiveness of this device is evidenced by the fact that our Proteng system is installed in places where the greatest emphasis is placed on fire safety in atomic power stations. In Slovakia, it was installed in the atomic power plant Mochovce, Jaslovske Bohunice, and Kalininskaja in Russia. Today, our system is installed in gas installations, electrical substations, server rooms, domestic switchboards, and so on. These installations are created thanks to the capabilities that this system of active protection conceals. Simple installation, continuous active protection without the need for operator, does not harm the health, no mechanical or electronic parts, low price, due to its gaseous state. The Proteng automatic fire extinguishing system is currently used by the NATO North Atlantic Alliance, the Army of the Slovak Republic, the Bahrain Police, the Transgas Nitra gas pipeline, Nafta Gbely, the transport companies in Bratislava, Budapest, Solaris buses, and their active data protection. e.g. J & T and a number of other companies that are interested in and focus on protecting their employees, customers and property.
